TICKET TAILOR
Q. I purchased advance tickets online from Ticket Tailor but have not received my wristbands in the post?
A. We do not post out wristbands. All you need to do is bring your Ticket Tailor Bar-code with you to the rally.
Q. I have purchased my advance tickets, but I’ve received no confirmation email?
A. You would have received a confirmation email from Ticket Tailor, please check your junk email. Alternatively you can head back to the ticket page on our website, scroll to the bottom and click on ‘Need Help, or lost your tickets?’
Q. I purchased my advance tickets online from Ticket Tailor, but no longer have my receipt email as proof of purchase. How can I get this re-sent to me?
A. If you have lost or don’t think you received your confirmation email, please check your junk email. If you have mistakenly deleted, or have lost your Ticket Tailor confirmation email, then please head back to the ticket page on our website, scroll to the bottom and click on ‘Need Help, or lost your tickets?’
Q. When I buy online, is the website secure and are my details protected?
A. All purchases you make via Ticket Tailor, our official ticket outlet are encrypted through secure server technology.
Q. When I buy online, do I get charged a booking fee?
A. Yes, Ticket Tailor will charge you a booking fee on each ticket you buy. If the rally is cancelled, you will not be refunded the booking fee, only the cost of your ticket/s.
Q. I’ve bought more than one ticket in one name on Ticket Tailor, but we won’t be all arriving together at the same time, does this matter?
A. No it doesn’t matter, but each party arriving must have a copy of your bar-codes.
Q. How do I request a refund?
Q. In general we do not provide refunds, but will provide you with a credit to use at our next scooter rally. The only exception to this, is if the rally is cancelled by us, in which we will provide a full refund, less the booking fee. If the rally is cancelled by others, or for a reason beyond our control, then we cannot provide you with a refund, instead a credit will be issued for use at our next scooter rally. For further information, refer to the terms and conditions you agreed to when yoy purchased your ticket from Ticket Tailor.
ACCESS TO THE RALLY
Q. What is the address of The showground?
A. The South of England Showground, Selsfield Rd, Ardingly. RH17 6TL
Q. I purchased my advance tickets from Ticket Tailor, what do I need to get in to the Rally at The Showground?
A. You need to have access to the Ticket Tailor bar-code on your ticket. The bar-code will be on the Ticket Tailor confirmation email. Either print this off, or show it on your phone once you are at the gate.
A. Can I get in without my bar-code?
Q. No, you will not get entry without your bar-code. Your bar-code ticket is scanned at our rally gate, without a bar-code there is no way of them knowing if you have a valid ticket.
Q. I have purchased tickets for my friends but we will not all arrive together; how do they get in if I have the bar-codes on my phone?
A. You do not all have to arrive together but you must make sure you have given them a copy of your bar-code/s, or they will not be able to get into the rally. You could send them a screen capture or print off a copy.
Q. Do I show the same bar-code on Friday and Saturday?
A. Yes your bar-code will work at anytime entering the rally.
Q. Can I purchase my ticket on the gate on the day?
A. To be sure of entry please by in advance. If we do not sell out prior to the rally, then we may sell a limited number of weekend tickets on the gate, but this is not guaranteed.
Q. I am a Trader, can I purchase my Trade Stall ticket at the weekend?
A. No, you can only buy a traders ticket in advance.
Q. What time do the gates to the rally open and close?
A. The gates open at 10.00am on 19th and close at 12.00pm on 21st June 2026. The gates will also be closed in the evenings for security but can be opened on request if you need to leave.
Q. Do I receive a wristband once I have my bar-code scanned?
A. Yes you will receive your wrstband once you’re bar-code has been scanned, you can then come and go as you please.
Q. Are children permitted entry at the rally?
A. Children are permitted at the rally, but not in the venues after 10.00pm
DAY & EVENING ONLY TICKETS
Q. Can I buy a day only ticket?
A. Yes you will be able to buy a day ticket at the gate on the Saturday with cash only. Your day ticket will cost £35.00 and if you have handed the wristband back to the gate no later than 4.00pm, you will receive at £20.00 refund. Wristbands cannot be handed back for a refund after 4.00pm.
Q. Can I buy a one evening only ticket?
A. No we do not sell one evening only tickets, only weekend tickets.
B.S.R.A. – VCB – LCGB SIGNING ON
Q. Can I sign on for the B.S.R.A, V.C.B. or L.C.G.B. Championships without buying a wristband?
A. No, you will at least need to purchase a day ticket, available on Saturday only.
THE CAMPSITE
Q. Is camping included in the wristband price?
A. Yes camping is included in the price of each wristband, so bring your own tent and stay the weekend.
Q. Does the campsite have security?
A. Yes there will be 24-hour security and medical staff on the campsite.
Q. Are Children allowed on the campsite?
A. Yes children are allowed on the campsite.
Q. Can I park my car next to my tent?
A. No you cannot drive your car onto the campsite. Cars must be parked in the car park.
Q. What facilities are on the Campsite?
A. We have clean, hot, portable shower cubicles on the campsite which are charged at £2.00 per shower and 24hr perminent and portable toilets.
Q. Can I bring my dog to the rally?
A. Yes dogs are welcome on the campsite must be kept on leads at all times. Cleaning up is the responsibility of the owner. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the venues.
Q. Can we use a BBQ on the campsite?
A. Yes you can use a BBQ, but it must be kept off the ground, at least three meters away from your or anyone else’s tent and safely extinguished once used. Open fires are not permitted.
Q. Can we use Chinese lanterns on the campsite?
A. No, Chinese lanterns are not permitted on the camp site due to the fire risk with tents.
Q. Is food and drink available at the Campsite.
A. Yes we have one food vendors during the hours of 7.00am and 1.30am.
PARKING
Q. Is there parking available for cars / vans?
A. Yes, we have parking available at £25.00 per car or van.
Q. Can I park my car next to my tent?
A. No you cannot drive your car onto the campsite. Cars must be parked in the car park.
Q. Can I sleep in my car van in the car park?
A. No, you cannot sleep in you vehicle in the car park, our insurance does not allow this as the car park area is not covered by our medical staff overnight. Anyone found sleeping in their vehicle will have their wristband removed without refund and will not be permitted back into the rally.
Q. I’m registered Disabled, where can I park my car?
A. There is no parking on the campsite, you can park in the designated places in the car park.
Q. How far is the car parking to the camping field?
A. About 20 meters.
Q. Can I drive my car into the campsite, unload it and then return it to the car park?
A. No
CAMPERVANS, MOTORHOMES, CARAVANS
Q. Can I leave my car hooked to my caravan.
A. No, once your caravan has been pitched in position, your car must be parked in the car park.
Q. Can I bring my Caravan / Motor-home on the Campsite?
A. There is a designated area on the campsite for Campervans, Motor-homes, Cravans and Vans that are slept in. You cannot pitch / park your vehicle anywhere other then where you are told to do so and you cannot drive your vehicle on the campsite.
Q. Are electrical hook-ups available?
A. Yes we have electrical hook-up on our Campsite for Campervans and Glamping only.
