If you would like to have a trade stall at The B.S.R.A. Big 7 National Scooter Rally 2026 please complete the following application form and we will get back to you. Trader tickets are £45.00 which includes one wristband, a single trader pitch with room for your campervan, van, car or tent. Extra wristbands can be purchased if required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The following terms and conditions will apply to all traders. Tickets for trading at the Big 7 Scooter Rally 2026 are for Friday 19th and Saturday 20th June 2026. Your trade stall and vehicle parking must be positioned strictly in the designated area assigned to you. Your trade ticket includes 1no wristband and 1no vehicle parking only, extra wristbands and parking will need to be purchased separately. You will need public liability insurance valid from start date 19.06.26 to end date 21.06.26 to trade at our event and proof of this will be required. You must ensure that all goods, vehicles, and your trade stall are removed by 12.00 midday on 21st June 2026. You must ensure that you leave your pitch clean and tidy with all waste, packaging, rubbish removed. If you leave waste or rubbish behind, this will be noted and you will not be invited back the following year. Once you have purchased your trader ticket, if you do not trade and do not set up your stall at the event, you then become liable to pay the full cost of your wristband and parking or vehicle or campervan (see ticket page for costs).
